Since each item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
In the event we send an incorrect size, please contact us immediately so we can double-check the size and send a replacement, if it was our mistake.

Once an order has been processed through the system, it is then cut and processed for the sewing line. Due to this, orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed and sent through the system. In unusual circumstances, an order can be cancelled after purchase, but there is a restocking fee of 35% since the order was already cut and processed.

Please make sure the color and font are what you want. If you are unsure what color monogram or font will look best on your design choice, ask us. We are happy to provide digitized samples of any color or font at no charge. Physical samples are also available for a small fee. We do not refund if the color you chose does not show well on your design. We will monogram the color that you choose.
If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us and if we are able to adjust the size on your personalized collar to better fit your pup, we certainly can. An adjustment fee of $5 will apply, plus return shipping cost. Some collars may be unable to be adjusted, so again, ordering the correct size is essential for personalized items.
