Monogram Return Policy
There are NO returns on monogram orders, unless it is an error on our part - mistake in spelling of name or phone number. Please make sure the color is what you want and the size is correct. No returns will be accepted if you aren't happy with the way the font turned out. Please look at all monogram photos for examples and if you would like to see a sample of something you want to order, please contact me first and I can do a sample for a small additional charge.
No returns if your monogram is not exactly straight across, as these are handmade items and slight variations can occur, especially with different fonts and the way their letters/numbers are shaped. Different fonts have different shapes and sizes to their letters which may affect the height or width of the monogram, which is why they're called fonts. :)
All 1 inch collars have a large name and small phone number. All 3/4 and 5/8 inch collars have a small name and phone number.
If you have ordered the wrong size by mistake, please contact me and if I can adjust the size on the already-made collar, I will. A $5 adjustment fee, as well as $2.50 shipping cost to ship back to you will apply. Some collars may be unable to be adjusted, so again, ordering the correct size is essential.
Please contact us with details for your exchange at info@3poochescollars.com before sending in the returned item so we can get your new item ready to send once the exchange is received. This also lets us know when to be on the lookout for the returned item.
Due to international shipping costs, we regret we cannot accept returns/exchanges on international orders unless it is an error on our end. Please make sure the size ordered is correct.
