Return/Exchange Policy
Exchanges for collars due to size only are accepted on regular-price items up to 5 days from receipt so long as item is in new condition. If you are unsure which size to order, please contact us before ordering. Buyer pays return shipping costs. There is a $5 return processing fee to make a new collar and ship that item out to you.
No exchanges on harnesses or leashes, unless it is an error on our part. We custom make each item after purchase and since we are a small company, we don't keep a large inventory on hand. Please make sure the size/width you want is correct.
If item is shown to be worn, exchange is null and void.
**There are NO returns on monogram orders or custom size orders, unless it is an error on our part. Please make sure the color is what you want and the size is correct. If you have ordered the wrong size by mistake, please contact me and if I can adjust the size on the already-made collar, I will. A $5 adjustment fee, as well as $2.50 shipping cost to ship back to you will apply. Some collars may be unable to be adjusted, so again, ordering the correct size is essential.**
Please contact us with details for your exchange at info@3poochescollars.com before sending in the returned item so we can get your new item ready to send once the exchange is received. This also lets us know when to be on the lookout for the returned item.
Due to international shipping costs, we regret we cannot accept returns/exchanges on international orders unless it is an error on our end. Please make sure the size ordered is correct.
