Standard Sizes TOP
If you need help with figuring out a size for your pup, just email us! Custom sizes are always available for growing puppies, who might be "between" sizes. Just choose the "Custom Size" option when choosing your design and put your pup's neck size in the "Comments" section at purchase.
Our standard sizes are:
XSmall: 8-12 inch neck
Small: 10-15 inch neck
Medium: 13-20 inch neck
Large: 16-25 inch neck
XLarge: Custom Sized. Please put your dog's neck size in the "Additional Comments" field if you need an Xlarge
Widths available include 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1.5 inch widths. Specifc collar designs may only be available in certain widths, due to the size of the ribbon or the design. Please check actual collar listing for widths available.
Collar Construction TOP
All items are backed by heavy-duty nylon webbing that is super-strong, while still being comfy against your dog's skin. Buckles are contoured and available in black and colored acetal or silver metal. Sliders available to match buckles. D-rings are welded and strong. Sewing is triple stitched at all stress points.
We are extreme perfectionists when it comes to sewing your collar because I have had metal hardware on commercial collars break in the past when walking my own dogs. That is why we only use heavy-gauge D-rings on all of our collars and harnesses and cast-iron slides on our martingales. We double check all stitching to make sure it is secure. In the rare case you may find a defect in your order, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no cost.
We offer a guarantee on all hardware and stitching of your item for up to a year from purchase date. Does not include normal wear and tear, excessive chewing or damage from rough play. Does not include ribbon or fabric that is applied to the webbing. These are designer ribbons and fabrics and to learn more about how to care for your collar, please see below.
Order Timeline TOP
Due to each item being custom made after purchase, orders can take approximately 2 weeks to complete and then ship. If we can get it out before then, we definitely will! Please note we only ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Tracking information will be sent via email when we print your shipping label.
Rush orders are available for an additional $6 fee plust $3.50 shipping cost. If you'd like to rush your order, please add this option to your cart.

Shipping Information TOP
Our shipping charges are through USPS First Class mail, up to 13 ounces. All larger orders ship USPS Priority mail. Domestic shipping charges are as follows:

Each additional item: +$1.00
We do ship internationally via First Class Mail International. Please note that international mail can take 2-5 weeks to arrive and if you are interested in upgrading to Priority International, please contact us for a direct quote. If actual shipping is less than estimated, the difference will be refunded via original payment.

Are your collars machine washable? TOP
Our collars are uniquely made with ribbon or fabric overlays over heavy-duty nylon webbing. They are durable enough for the rough and tumble dog, but just like a beloved T-shirt you wear all the time, a collar worn day-in and day-out will deteriorate and fade quicker than if you have a dog that sleeps inside all day. Sun, water, and outside elements can diminish the life of your pup's collar, much as they diminish those nice highlights some of us get in our hair frequently! The durability of the design will be extended if you have collars you switch out for daycare, playtime at the beach or dog park, etc. Or if you're like us, get a Classic Solid Personalized Collar for water sports and let your dog play collar-free with his puppy pals, so his "walking" and "social" collar stays fresh and clean. Well-placed nails and teeth can affect even the most durable fabrics. The use of our products and safety of the pet is completely at the purchaser’s discretion and responsibility.
Two ways to wash your collar: By hand with a mild soap or by lying on the top rack of the dishwasher. Remove tags, of course! Lay flat to dry. Return/Exchange Policy TOP
ITEMS WITHOUT MONOGRAMS:
Exchanges for collars due to size only are accepted on regular-price items up to 5 days from receipt so long as item is in new condition. If you are unsure which size to order, please contact us before ordering. Buyer pays return shipping costs. There is a $5 return processing fee to make a new collar and ship that item out to you.
No exchanges on harnesses or leashes, unless it is an error on our part. We custom make each item after purchase and since we are a small company, we don't keep a large inventory on hand. Please make sure the size/width you want is correct.
If item is shown to be worn, exchange is null and void.
Please contact us with details for your exchange at info@3poochescollars.com before sending in the returned item so we can get your new item ready to send once the exchange is received. This also lets us know when to be on the lookout for the returned item.
Due to international shipping costs, we regret we cannot accept returns/exchanges on international orders unless it is an error on our end. Please make sure the size ordered is correct.
No returns on Sale items.
ITEMS WITH MONOGRAMS:
There are NO returns on monogram orders, unless it is an error on our part - mistake in spelling of name or phone number. Please make sure the color is what you want and the size is correct. No returns will be accepted if you aren't happy with the way the font turned out. If you are unsure what color monogram to order with your design, ask us. We will be glad to do a sample for you! Just click here! You can also look at our monogram slideshow for examples and if you would like to see a sample of something you want to order, please contact me first and I can do a sample for you.
Please note that these are handmade items and slight variations can occur, especially with different fonts and the way their letters/numbers are shaped. Different fonts have different shapes and sizes to their letters which may affect the height or width of the monogram, which is why they're called fonts.
If you have ordered the wrong size by mistake, please contact me and if I can adjust the size on the already-made collar, I will. A $5 adjustment fee, as well as $2.50 shipping cost to ship back to you will apply. Some collars may be unable to be adjusted, so again, ordering the correct size is essential.
